One Hour Horse Riding Experience Session

Chum Creek Horse Rides & Huts offer a one hour horse riding experience to cater for our younger customers, introducing them to horses in a safe and supervised manner. Provided in each session is one horse, carefully picked to ensure their suitability and one experienced Equestrian Handler. Sessions can include grooming, saddling and riding, and parents and guardians are encouraged to stay and watch.

A one hour session is $150 per hour (minimum 1 hour), and includes one horse and one experienced Equestrian Handler. Minimum age is 6 years old. We ask that all participants wear long pants and closed toe shoes, helmets are provided.

Our 1 Hour Horse-Riding Experience Sessions focuses on ensuring our customers are safe and have fun on and around a trusted quiet horse, in an enclosed arena and/or horse yard.

Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may forfeit bookings.

NOTE: HELMETS PROVIDED. PLEASE WEAR LONG PANTS AND CLOSED-TOED SHOES. (NO SHORTS OR SANDALS PLEASE.)

WEIGHT LIMIT – 95kg : For the welfare of our horses, Chum Creek Horse Rides enforces a rider weight limit of 95kg.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
WEATHER: Horse Rides go out ‘INDEPENDENT OF WEATHER’.

If Chum Creek Horse Rides & Huts cancel a ride, options will be provided such as; Full Refund or a Credit/Choice of alternative times/days.
CUSTOMER SHORT NOTICES: If a customer cancels their booking at short notice (less than 5 days notice), then a refund or a reschedule will not be provided if the vacancy is not filled.

LATE or 'NO-SHOW' CUSTOMER: If a customer is late or is a 'no show', then a refund or a reschedule will not be provided.
